MMS (Memo Management System):-

There are 3 types of user Role available in MMS. All the users need to assign with a/multiple Role. Every user has own dashboard.  Different Role can perform different operation based on his/her permission. Those are:-

General User Role: –

  • Only can apply & view Memo.
  • This user will not get editing and approve permission.
  • This Role has to be assigned for all Users.

Password: – hrms1234
User Name: – hrms-1003
Password: – hrms1234

Super User Role: –

  • Can view & approve the Memo.
  • This user will get editing and approve permission.

User Name: – hrms-1004
Password: – hrms1234

Admin (Administrator) User Role: –

  • Can view Memo.
  • Create, Edit and Delete the User.
  • Give Role permission to the User.
  • Changed password of the User.
  • Add Email ID of the User.
